Quantum Hail and Snow Storm in Oak Bay!

We had an AMAZING hail and snow storm in Oak Bay recently! Sounded like popcorn was going off, all over the house, for at least 20 minutes! Now, we have had one bad ice and snow storm and tonight, another is supposedly arriving around 10 pm!
I even had to drive ... TWICE this week! HORRORS! I am an avid daily bike commuter, to and from work - for over 17 years now!

Braved the pouring rain and gusting wind to watch the 2016 Christmas Truck Parade along Beach Drive in Oak Bay! LOTS of parked cars and people around! You can see the trucks snaking along Beach Drive, after coming down Fairfield, just around that far corner! So very cool!

OAK BAY AVENUE and FOUL BAY ROAD

As soon as I was finished watching the Christmas Truck Parade along Beach Drive, I biked over to the intersection of Oak Bay Avenue and Foul Bay Road...and JUST missed the very first truck! But watched the whole Christmas Truck Parade...AGAIN! Well worth it!
