Braved the pouring rain and gusting wind to watch the 2016 Christmas Truck Parade along Beach Drive in Oak Bay! LOTS of parked cars and people around! You can see the trucks snaking along Beach Drive, after coming down Fairfield, just around that far corner! So very cool!
