Quantum Mussels in Creamy Penne Pasta

Quantum Mussels in
Creamy Penne Pasta

SO easy to make!

Ingredients: chopped onions, crushed garlic, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, white wine, Parmesan, penne (pasta of choice), sauce (choice), bread (garlic olive!), grated carrots (for colour!), mussels and .. good timing!

Throw chopped onions, crushed garlic, powders, water, wine into a pot and start at low heat. Have pasta boiling away. Have creamy sauce on low heat, just ... heating!

When all seems ready...dump the mussels in the boiling broth. Warm the sauce a bit more, lower heat on pasta and stir. Just make sure all the mussels open and stir the broth for about 5-7 minutes or so. Doesn't take long.

Then, drain/strain the mussel broth, keep the broth in a bowl, mix the cream sauce with the pasta. Cut the bread. DONE!

Bed of creamy pasta, bread on side, some mussels and broth stuff on plate, the rest on a side dish and .. dig in!

So freaking easy!
