Steak and Lobster

My favourite BBQ meal! And super easy too!

Ingredients:
• 2 Strips of Teriyaki Steak (with 2 bacon strips)
• 2 shelled lobster tails (from frozen works for me!)
• Marinade (Extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, corn syrup, mustard, teriyaki sauce, maple syrup and basically anything you think might be tasty!)
• Salad fixings (arugula, croutons, parmesan, balsamic vinegar, blue cheese dressing, sliced tomatoes)
• Butter (melted, to dip lobster in...)
• Red wine


Ingredients - Teriyaki Strips with bacon & marinade sauce with 2 lobsters
That is it!
 
Run the frozen lobster tails under cold water for a few minutes. Then I use special curved scissors to cut the shell off very quickly. Marinate them in a mixture of the above ingredients. I have also used onions, pepper, crushed garlic, sweet 'n sour sauce ...just.use.anything!!!! Keep them in fridge for about half an hour, or a little longer than one episode of 'Community'.

Start BBQ and put the meat on first, flipping after about 3-4 minutes each side. Keep the bacon ON the teriyaki strips, and it will add flavour. Then put the lobsters on, and from this point on, no more than 5 minutes PER side of lobster!

On the BBQ
Move them around a bit too - find where your hot spots are on your BBQ!!

Serve up and ... DEEEEE........wait for it ....... LISH!!!!!!

Great meal and incredibly easy to make.
