Quantum Stuffed Mushrooms, Peppers & Roasted Asparagus
Could THIS dinner get any easier?
Doubtful!
Carve out the peppers, break each mushroom stem, remove the pelts from FOUR different flavoured sausages. Each sausage is enough for a Portobello mushroom or a pepper.
And the asparagus? Just break the stem down low ... it is suppose to break, where it is SUPPOSE to break!
How about that - Zen Asparagus!!!!!
Bake until done (use a meat thermometer), but put the asparagus in with about 20 minutes to go. Then pull it all out and put pepper, salt, Parmesan and a little balsamic vinegar on the asparagus ...... so easy to make! AND LEFTOVERS TOO!
