Quantum Sausage Dinner with Salad

Okay, quick, super quick, SUPER QUICK MEAL! You just need to know how to boil water, and fry stuff.

Basically, low fat sausages, Eating Right, from Safeway - same ones I had at the cabin in Banff with Ward. THEY.ARE.DELICIOUS! No, not an ad for Safeway. I just like these sausages!

Boil the sausages, fry up some diced peppers and I had some hard boiled eggs from yesterday, so slice those eggs up too!

On a bed of fried, diced peppers, cover the sausages with sweet 'n sour sauce. Add some croutons, blue cheese with garlic dressing and the diced hard boiled eggs to the salad. Deeee....wait for it ..... LICIOUS!

And red wine, Perseus Cabernet Shiraz, which is fabulous!
