Well, quite the Bread Making Disaster of the Year! Making bread is not exactly Rocket Science....it is ... CHEMISTRY!

So, the usual ingredients, in any bread making recipe book. Use The Google to find out what. This was as basic as possible, and I had never messed up before!

And the Terminator of Bread Making started......

All going well...for about 3 minutes....and then....it just did not seem like everything was ... coming together.....

So, no sense in stoppling it...just let it grind, growl and grow...

Until finally, it was done.......about 3 hours later!!!!

And the results speak for themselves.... because I certainly won't speak for them!!!!!

Yes, the bread came out that way! My best guess is the flour was a little old, and the yeast was a little...dead! So next time, fresh stuff and it will turn out!
