If you can turn an oven on, stir something, flip something, slice something and then pour something....you can do this.
Spicy Italian Sausage stuffed in a big Agaricus bisporus mushroom, creamy mushroom rice, pan fried sliced mushrooms with a drizzle of red wine, moments before serving, (there is a mushroom theme here!!!) and the same red wine - The 2011 Grinder!And the arugula salad, freshly sliced cherry tomatoes, blue cheese dressing, croutons, a dash of balsamic vinegar too. Is this easy or WHAT!
