challenged me to make the following dish! Brussels Sprouts have been a running joke and so...here goes.......
Stuff you need: Brussels Sprouts, Salt, Pancetta, garlic butter, shallots (or green onions), flour, milk, nutmeg, thyme, Gruyer cheese.

Should be interesting tonight when I warm it up! Should be okay, and will add some more cheese and extra stuff! The fiddly part was the BS at the beginning, just getting the ends cut off, but was super easy, actually!
